Lease Terms
This property offers a 12 month lease. All units must be occupied by at least one person age 55 or older. Disabled or handicapped persons must meet the age restriction of at least 55. Individuals are not eligible for two bedroom units. Tenants do not have to pay for water, they do have to pay for electricity. Applications are taken by appointment and require a 25 dollar application fee - per adult.

Pet Policy
Residents are allowed one pet under 25lbs, a $200 pet fee and records are required. Service animals do not require fee. No exotic pets are allowed.
